Excellent well run Service Department!! I am new to the area and I needed to have my 2017 Honda Accord serviced. I called the only Honda dealer for the area they were unable to get me in for over a week. I then called Twin State Ford and I was given an appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and walked back to the Service Department. I checked in with Clarissa, again very friendly and pleasant. I had my oil and filter changed and a vehicle inspection performed. It was completed in about 45 minutes. (I really don't want a rushed 10 minute oil change) The technician did an awesome job and I will ask for him next time I come in for Service. This is my new shop. Thanks to Clarissa and Nelson for being so great at what you do.
