Excellent well run Service Department!! I am new to the area and I needed to have my 2017 Honda Accord serviced. I called the only Honda dealer for the area they were unable to get me in for over a week. I then called Twin State Ford and I was given an appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and walked back to the Service Department. I checked in with Clarissa, again very friendly and pleasant. I had my oil and filter changed and a vehicle inspection performed. It was completed in about 45 minutes. (I really don't want a rushed 10 minute oil change) The technician did an awesome job and I will ask for him next time I come in for Service. This is my new shop. Thanks to Clarissa and Nelson for being so great at what you do.

Clarissa did an excellent job at getting my Ford Ranger the services that it needed. She listened, addressed all my needs, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Because it was going to be a long service, I opted for my truck to be picked up (in the White Mountains in NH) at no cost. Brian was very pleasant and took great care of my truck to and from Twin State Ford; I knew the estimated time he was scheduled to pick it up and drop it off. The whole service team did a wonderful job!
