Even though I rescheduled once at the last minute, and I was a bit late for my rescheduled appointment, Hope was friendly and efficient. My tires were swapped out very quickly, and my vehicle was checked for any potential issues (none found, thankfully). The people of a business can make or break it. Hope is fantastic with customers and efficient in keeping the work flowing so that customers have the shortest wait time possible for the job being done.

Hope and Tyler saved the day! A screw in my brand new pricey tires almost derailed my drive back to CT with my two kids and two dogs. Hope fit me in and Tyler made magic happen removing that screw and patching my tire in record time. I could not be more grateful for such a smooth and painless experience.

Our interactions with Twin State are ALWAYS TOPNOTCH! Repairs are scheduled quickly and are always done with skill and care. Hope Croom is awesome in terms of listening and guiding us in what needs to be done to have our vehicle operating in an excellent manner. In buying a new car at Twin State, Dan Kellihier is excellent in listening, offering suggestions, and expediting the process. That makes 2 cars he has sold us and we couldn't be more impressed and grateful! Armando is great in every way with overseeing the process, making suggestions, and just being helpful and friendly in every way--he is truly a KEEPER!!!! Erin Rivers was also incredibly helpful with paperwork and handled everything with skill and a big smile.
